STORAGE FOR THE FORGOTTEN

STORAGE FOR THE FORGOTTEN, 2018

Creating a space where everything and nothing simultaneously make sense; creating a dream.

Where do our dreams that we forget go? I tried to keep a record of my dreams for a couple of weeks and reflect on where all of our forgotten ideas and memories go. The goal was to bring my memories and dreams into reality. The space is meant to invite the viewer into my memory.

The installation consists of a hallway created by hanging white sheets that has various light projections. On the floor are hundreds of palm sized abstract rabbits made of plaster scattered down the hall. The viewer must maneuver around the rabbits to get through the hall.
